Incident reports [The Free Press, Kinston, N.C.]

(Kinston Free Press (NC) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Jan. 2--The following incidents were reported by the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office and the Kinston Department of Public Safety: On Dec. 29, a man on Fox Run Drive, Kinston, reported someone broke into his residence and stole the following: A black Mac Book computer valued at $1,500, a Dell Inspiron 250 valued at $1,200, a Cannon digital camera valued at $250, a Nikon Cool Pix digital camera valued at $200, a Sony video camera valued at $900, a silver colored jeweled necklace and bracelet valued at $75, a Wachovia checkbook and a RCB checkbook.

On Dec. 29, a woman on Capitola Avenue, Kinston, reported someone stole and cashed a check valued at $150.

On Dec. 29, a woman reported someone damaged the passenger side window of his vehicle. Damages were estimated at $250.

On Dec. 29, an employee of Country Hearth Inn Suites on East New Bern Road, Kinston, reported someone broke into one of their rooms. Damage estimates were not available.

On Dec. 28, a woman on Carver Court, Kinston, reported someone broke into her residence and stole the following: Baby bath lotion valued at $10, frozen meat valued at $3, loose change valued at $10, shirts and pants valued at $150, a bracelet valued at $75, four car speakers valued at $50, a cell phone (value not listed), and hair clippers valued at $35.

On Dec. 22, a woman reported someone punched her in the face, resulting in severe lacerations and broken bones. The incident occurred at a residence on North Queen Street, Kinston.

On Dec. 17, a student at North Lenoir High School, LaGrange, reported someone broke into his vehicle and stole the following: A phone charger valued at $20, an iPod valued at $200, and $40 currency.

On Dec. 22, a woman on Silver Leaf Drive, Kinston, reported someone damaged 10 windows with rocks. Damages were estimated at $200.

On Dec. 22, a man on Collier Loftin Road, Kinston, reported someone stole the following: A grey carpeted speaker box containing two 12" speakers (recovered). The equipment is valued at $300.

On Dec. 22, a man reported broke into his vehicle. Damage estimated were not available. The incident occurred on N.C. 11/55, Kinston.
